During the holiday season, we will be taking time to prepare our hearts for Advent by looking the birth of Jesus through the lens of the Gospel, the Greatest Story Ever Told.

Detail:

In 2 Samuel 7, God makes a promise to King David about the birth of the Messiah. As we see God keep this promise to David, we learn that God is trustworthy and the he sent Jesus to usher in a different kind of kingdom. Not one built with borders or flags, but a kingdom built on his grace and love. In our lives, may we learn to receive that gift of unconditional love and experience God's forgiveness.
